AmunFX Bank welcomes all types of clients: individual/private clients and financial
institutions such as banks and investment funds.
Opening an account with AmunFX Bank is easy, fast and paperless. You shall start by
applying online through AmunFX Bank's website. Then you will receive further guidance by
email for identifying yourself and accepting contracts online. If you use
video-identification you can normally open your account and start to trade within same day.
Individuals wishing to open a joint account and legal entities: after online application
through AmunFX Bank's website, such applicants receive by email account opening documents
in PDF format to be printed out, signed and sent to us in original, by post mail. All
signatories on joint accounts and accounts of legal entities need to prove their identity by
either showing a valid identification document (passport, national identity card, driver's
license, etc.) during a meeting in person with a AmunFX Bank's Account Manager or by
sending us by post mail a certified copy of an identification document (click here to read
how to get a valid certification). They also need to prove their residential address by
sending us a simple copy of a utility bill.
Once the online application, identification and contract acceptance have been completed, we
check your account application and open your account if all is fine. At opening of your
account you receive transfer instructions. You can also fund your account by payment/credit
card.
No, account opening documents are only to be accepted online by simple clicks, unless you
want to open a joint account or an account for a legal entity.
You may get a certification from the following persons/entities/offices:
- Notary Public
- Solicitor (only in UK)
- Police
- Member of Judiciary
- Town Hall / Senior Civil Servant
- Embassy, Consulate or High Commissioner of the country of issue of the ID document
- Financial intermediary (e.g. a bank or a regulated securities firm/broker/money
exchanger, etc.)
- Commissioner for oaths (e.g. UK former territories, Canada, Malaysia)
- Justice of the Peace (only in Australia and New Zealand)
- Post Office (only in UK, Switzerland, Germany, Portugal, Australia, and where this is
usual practice).
IMPORTANT
- The list above is not exhaustive; feel free to contact us for further information
relating to your country, especially if you encounter difficulties in getting
certification.
- AmunFX Bank may refuse certification at its own discretion, do not hesitate to
consult your Relationship Manager beforehand.
- To be accepted by AmunFX Bank, your certification of a passport/ID photocopy must be
as follows:
- The certification should contain:
the text "Certified true copy of the original";
the certifier's name, signature and date of signature, position or capacity (e.g.
notary public), contact details such as address, phone number, official company /
institutional stamp clearly impressed.
- The passport/ID must contain a specimen of the signature of its holder. If your
signature has changed, please sign with your current signature on your copy of
passport/ID and ask the certifier to write "Signed in my presence".
- The photocopy and picture must be clearly readable.
- The certification should be on the same page as the copy of passport/ID or if there
are several pages they should be sealed together.
- The passport/ID must be valid (not out of date) at the time the copy is done.
- The passport/ID must contain the place of birth of its holder.
- If your family name is no longer the same as your passport/ID, you must provide us
with a certified copy of your marriage certificate or equivalent document.
Should you have any questions or difficulties in providing certified copies, please contact
your Relationship Manager at AmunFX Bank.
You may fund your account through wire transfer, debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron), credit
cards (MasterCard, Visa), and bank guarantees but we do not accept cheques and bank notes.

Login and temporary password are sent to new clients via email during the day in which the
account has been activated.
The PIN code is sent via SMS on the registered mobile number after temporary password as
changed to the permanent one. In case you do not receive your PIN code, please call
AmunFX Bank's Trading Support Desk. Normally AmunFX Bank sends login credentials when
it receives client funds and necessary documents / KYC information.
